Description	Sound & Projection Ministry The Sound & Projection Ministry provides the audio and visual needs for the worship services. In addition, special services including weddings, funerals, contemporary services, concerts, bible studies, and specific community program events utilize the audio and visual capabilities of this ministry. The system, installed by KC Audio Visual, consists of a 24 channel Soundcraft mixing board, 120/240/ & 600 watt amplifiers which drive the Bose column and external speaker systems in the sanctuary & throughout the complex, JBL monitors, and a variety of inputs to accommodate microphones, MP3 players, and amplified instruments. Sanyo WXGA high resolution projectors illuminate dual 130” Da-Lite projection screens, including LG High Definition LCD monitors placed at several locations in the church facility as well as the school, display images and video from DVD players and high-end PC running Intel Core processors with dual monitors. To assist those with hearing impairments, a wireless hearing aid system by Listen Technologies is available with individual receivers. Video display and recording are possible from three, high resolution PTZ cameras placed in the sanctuary. The cameras are controlled from a Vaddio Camera Controller, and can be captured to the PC using the Vaddio Production View Capture unit. An LG DVD recording unit can also provide video/audio capture directly to DVD disc. The audio and visual equipment is managed and controlled in a sound booth, made from beautifully crafted cabinetry, located in the rear of the sanctuary complete with equipment racks, workspace, and seating for two operators. Currently, there are 11 operators who volunteer for each of the services throughout the year. Training is conducted occasionally, and new members to the team are always welcome.
